Good hotel, great value Amazing spread for breakfast, and even during the holiday, when I would expect they are fully booked, the breakfast manager (if that is what he is called) and his staff, went out of their way to accommodate requests... One of the better breakfast spreads I have seen..... The only reason for giving it a 8/10 and not a 9/10 or 10/10 is the location.. Location isn't the best.. For us it didn't matter as much, since it was December, we weren't really looking to access the beach everyday... But overall would definitely recommend..

The staff and their service was exceptional. They were professional, helpful and courteous. Whether it was at the lobby, room, pool or restaurant the staff made sure the family was attended to. Having a complimentary children's menu for room service was an "above and beyond" touch. The breakfast spread was more than adequate, a good balance between live counters and a multi-cuisine arrangement. Custom orders were cheerfully attended to. The rooms were comfortable. The pool was well maintained. The family club was a welcome break for adults and kids alike. Being in the heart of Calangute made walk-around sightseeing a breeze

Awesome property with super great staff From front desk Gautam to House keeping Sovan … From Dinning Smiti , Moumita to service Ajay and Binoy and many many more .. names not in mind but each service person was awesome and ready to serve their best . Not to forget the culinary chef Lokesh and Naveen . Chef Lokesh made some super dishes for us and also taught our daughter how to make pizza ! I am missing many names I’m sorry but believe me !! Any person I came across was just super Thank you Meridien 🙏

STAFF including front desk ISHA, restaurants were all amazing. They made sure all our needs were taken care of. Restaurants especially Moumita Karmarkar, Savio f&b manager ,chef Navin, Omkar, Sangeet, Suyog ,Shinan, Shameen, Yuvraj, Somesh, Ajay They git arranged for food which was not available on the Buffet Menu,customized it. Fir my Daughter's birthday They customized the cake and surprised us with room decoration. They made it memorable. Hospitality was optimum and overall all well motivated team

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. I have specific requirements regarding my diets, which are totally fulfilled and they are very much caring and ready to help each time. To my surprise, one day they sent sugar free sweets to my room. Every breakfast and Dinner was delicious and tasty. The room cleaning staff was also very good and we were satisfied with their services.

Front of house staff in all areas are exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating for all requests. The rooms are an outstanding size, lots of space with a balcony and extremely comfortable beds which we loved! The pool area is small but clean and very well maintained. The fitness centre and all communal areas are fantastic, clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here!

Amazing hotel, the staff really went above and beyond on every little thing and every single one of them were so friendly and helpful, be it the receptionists, housekeeping or waiters. Location was perfect, very quiet even in a busy road (which was good for shops and restaurants) and 10 mins walk from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the dinner buffet was even better, every single dish was delicious and well prepared to a high standard. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone, especially for the price!
